I think it's okay for a guy to get comfortable as long as his stamina and energy stay the same when its time for him to handle his B.I... Slacking on Personal hygiene is a DEFINITE NO-NO! There's no getting around THAT one! But as a female, we're not allowed certain priviledges, and i honestly dont think we should need them, because in my opinion being feminine and keeping both of his heads up should be on of the top priorities and everything else will follow! If you want her hair done every week say that. If you want him to keep his 6-pack let him know and maybe even workout with him. But you have to talk about it and then follow through.
